Delivery Options

We offer 2 options to deliver the WIZIFI package and service:

  • Delivery through our Courier service at any address selected by the customer,
  • Pick-up by the customer to one of more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece, including our new PDP in Athens International Airport.

Delivery by Courier service

Our courier service could deliver your WIZIFI package at any address in Greece, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment is located.

In the case of delivery at a Hotel or Enterprise address the package could be delivered at the reception, between 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

In the case of an Apartment address a person should be available to receive personally the package, between 09:00 to 18:00 at the day set during the order process. The name at the apartment’s outdoor should  be mentioned in your order form.

If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery day, the package is returned at the nearest PDP (Pick-up & Drop-off Point) and remains available for 5 days in order the customer to pick it up by himself.  The customer is notified by WIZIFI Customer Care for the failed delivery attempt and the address of the PDP where your package will be available.

If the rental start-date is more than 3 working days after your order-date, the WIZIFI package will be delivered, the day before the start-date.

If  the rental start-date is 3 or less days away from the order-day, the delivery date varies from 1 to 3 working days and it will be mentioned in the order cart, before checkout.

The cost for WIZIFI package delivery by courier service is 6€, at any address in Greece.

 

Pick-up WIZIFI package from PDP

Customers could choose to Pick-up the WIZIFI package.

There are more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece.  During the order, customer can easily select the area of his arrival or stay and check the full list of nearby PDPs together with their addresses and opening hours.  Any PDP could be selected upon customer’s convenience for picking-up WIZIFI package.

If the rental start-date is more than 3 working days after the order-date, the WIZIFI package will be available for pick-up, the day before the start-date.

If  the rental start-date is 3 or less days away from the order-day, the package will be available for pick-up from 1 to 3 working days and it will be mentioned in the order cart, before checkout.

The cost to pick-up the WIZIFI package from a PDP is 6€ (excluding the PDP at Athens International Airoprt, where a fee of 10€ is applied).

Especially, if the WIZIFI Warehouse at Athens center is selected as PDP, 0€ cost is applied.

 

Return Options

We offer 2 options to customers for returning the WIZIFI package:

  • Collect by our Courier service at any address selected by the customer,
  • Drop-off by the customer to one of more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece, including our new PDP in Athens International Airport.

Collected by Courier service

Our courier service could collect your WIZIFI package from any address in Greece, where a Hotel, an Enterprise, or an Apartment is located.

There are more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece.  During the order, customer can easily select the area of his stay or departure and check the full list of nearby PDPs together with their addresses and opening hours. Any PDP could be selected upon customer’s convenience to drop-off the WIZIFI package.

A pre-printed return voucher with all the required information for the return of the WIZIFI package will be already included in your package.

 

Drop-off the WIZIFI package to PDP

Customers could choose to Drop-off the WIZIFI package.

If you prefer to drop-off your WIZIFI package you can choose so during your order.

There are more than 180 PDPs (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) across Greece.  During your order, you can easily select the area of your stay or departure and see the full list of nearby PDPs together with their addresses and opening hours.  You can decide if it’s more convenient to you to drop-off your package.

The  WIZIFI package should be returned at the selected, during your order, PDP two working days after the end date of your rental period, at the maximum.
In the case of any delay to return the WIZIFI package the customer should contact WIZIFI Customer Care to explain and agree on best possible return solution, in order to avoid penalized by capturing the guarantee payment.

Returning the WIZIFI package by drop-off at any PDP, 0€ cost is applied (excluding the PDP at Athens International Airoprt, where cost of 6€ is applied).
